✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item, under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original packaging
- Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong item was sent

🛠️ Defective or Wrong Item
If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will provide a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked!
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund.
📦 Return Shipping
- For defective or wrong items — we cover return shipping costs
- For change of mind returns — customer pays return shipping
